Pay Range
$65K – $85K per year
Position Consideration Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, and communicating.
- Ability to stoop, bend or reach over the shoulder.
- Occasionally lift, push or pull up to 30 pounds.
- Perform work in confined mechanical chases.
- Travel on a full-time extended-stay basis nationally (approximately 90%).
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office (Excel, Word, and Project) and Adobe Acrobat.
- All qualified applicants are required to pass federal and state criminal background checks and
- must be able to pass drug testing to access secure facilities.
- Strong plumbing and electrical experience, scheduling experience, OSHA certification.
Position Responsibilities:
- Implement project planning in accordance with business requirements.
- On-site project coordination with customers and subcontractors.
- Create daily progress updates with scheduling and regular project reporting.
- Ensure safety compliance.
- Hands-on supervisor of fixture and equipment installation.
- Maintain accurate inventory of materials.
- Document project progress and conditions.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and reporting.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with all parties involved.
