Job Summary
QLM is seeking a highly motivated sales professional to sell and develop HVAC Preventive Maintenance Service opportunities and HVAC Equipment. Replacement/Installation opportunities for new customers in the Central Ohio market.

Pay Range
$60K-80K per year
The primary responsibility will be to successfully sell HVAC preventive maintenance service contracts and replacement/installation projects to commercial accounts (K-12 Schools, Colleges/Universities, Hospitals, Office Buildings, Industrial/Manufacturing Facilities, Distribution Centers, Retail, Data Centers, Restaurants, Healthcare Facilities, Government Facilities, Hotels, etc).
• Responsible for building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Identify, target, and qualify new customers
• Actively listen and probe to identify customer concerns, needs, and objectives • Capable of generating sales proposals
- The Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- They should also possess strong planning, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and cold calling potential new customers and must be empowered and capable of managing multiple objectives.
