We are currently seeking a qualified Construction Superintendent who will be responsible for overseeing the on-site execution of HVAC sheet metal, pipefitting and plumbing projects from start to finish. This role involves direct supervision of crews, ensuring safety protocols, quality control, and timely completion.

Pay Range
$35 – $48 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise field teams on HVAC sheet metal, pipefitting and plumbing projects
- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and specifications are met
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth operations
- Perform quality checks to guarantee all work meets company standards and client expectations
- Enforce safety regulations and maintain a safe, organized worksite
- Conduct site inspections, review blueprints, and interpret technical plans
- Report daily progress, challenges, and any potential delays to the Project Manager
- Oversee the setup and tear-down of project sites, handling logistics and scheduling
- Build strong relationships with team members and clients through effective communication
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum 4 years of experience working at a Journeyman level as Sheet Metal Mechanic, Pipefitter or Licensed Plumber.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a foreman or similar role, with a focus on HVAC sheet metal, pipefitting and plumbing projects.
- Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend) and ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
- OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR preferred. NCCER certification a plus.
- Willingness to travel for projects across Texas as needed, with occasional extended stays.
- Strong ability to lead diverse teams, delegate effectively, and mentor junior staff members.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to liaise with project managers, clients, and subcontractors.
