Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Foreman to oversee and manage electrical installations on highrise construction sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electrical work for highrise buildings and the ability to lead a team of electricians to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Pay Range
$40-$45 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of electricians and electrical subcontractors.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with local codes, standards, and regulations.
- Interpret and execute electrical plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Identify and resolve any electrical issues or discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman in highrise construction.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using electrical tools and equipment.
- Valid electrical license or certification is preferred.
- OSHA certification is a plus.
