Pay Range
$23-$25 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and team members
- Assist with permitting and ensure compliance with regulations
- Order materials and coordinate material deliveries
- Be flexible and responsive to urgent and emergency requests
- Provide exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Work independently while being a team player
- Multi-task and stay organized to ensure smooth project operations
Requirements:
- Construction experience working with a General Contractor (Required)
- Experience handling important client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Good work ethic, reliability, and strong organizational skills are a must
- Must be responsive and able to handle emergency requests efficiently
