The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting operations, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and assisting skilled tradespeople as needed.

Pay Range
$18-$22 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the setup and teardown of site work trailers and other temporary structures.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Transport materials to designated work areas.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
- Operate hand and power tools as needed.
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other skilled laborers with their tasks.
- Follow all safety protocols and report any safety concerns to the supervisor.
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks as required.
- Ensure the worksite is clean and organized at the end of each day.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in construction or general labor preferred.
- Ability to operate basic hand and power tools.
- Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical condition and stamina.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks.
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Ability to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods.
