Job Summary
QLM is looking for a Warehouse Clerk to performs administrative and clerical tasks in a warehouse or distribution center, including data entry, record-keeping, and inventory management. You may also be responsible for tasks such as processing shipments, handling customer service inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Pay Range
$15.00 per hour
- As a Warehouse Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all inventory and ensuring that the warehouse operates smoothly.
- You will handle administrative tasks related to the warehouse’s operations, including data entry, inventory tracking, and coordinating shipments. Your role is essential in maintaining the flow of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Key Responsibilities: – Record and manage inventory levels.
- Perform data entry and update warehouse management systems.
- Prepare and process shipping documents and labels.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counts.
- Communicate with carriers and logistics partners.
- Support warehouse staff with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications: – High school diploma or equivalent. – Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role preferred. – Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse management software. – Strong organizational and multitasking skills. – Excellent communication skills.

- Proficiency in warehouse management software and technology platforms, enabling efficient tracking and management of inventory.
- Physical capability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods, fulfilling job requirements while adhering to safety guidelines.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure efficient workflow.
