Job Summary
We are hiring for first shift to industrial painters in Cape Canaveral, FL. This is a full time position working 40+ hours per week. Must be able to stand for entire shift and work well with a team. $25 per hour paid weekly. During the project you will be working various jobs and materials on the launch pad at a height of 300ft – 450ft. MUST be comfortable with heights. Duties: – Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary – Apply paint using various techniques such as airless paint spraying or brush and roller – Ensure proper mixing and matching of paint colors – Follow safety protocols and guidelines while handling and storing paint and related materials – Maintain equipment and tools used for painting – Complete painting projects within specified timeframes

Pay Range
$25.00 per hour
Qualifications:
– Previous experience as an industrial painter or in a similar role is preferred
– Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
– Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain painting equipment
– Ability to operate a crane for lifting heavy objects
– Proficiency in airless paint spraying techniques
– Experience in assembly work is a plus
– Familiarity with materials handling and warehouse operations
– Knowledge of auto body repair techniques is beneficial
– Ability to use power tools effectively and safely
– Valid forklift certification is a plus
– Must be comfortable with heights.
