As an Apprentice Electrician, you will work under the supervision of experienced journeyman electricians, gaining valuable hands-on experience while assisting with various electrical tasks.

Pay Range
$20-$24 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist journeyman electricians in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, including wiring, lighting, and control systems in commercial buildings.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Perform basic inspections and testing of electrical systems to ensure compliance with codes and standards.
- Help troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues, providing support in finding effective solutions.
- Collaborate with other trades and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Enrollment in or completion of an electrical apprenticeship program.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and components.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
