Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Stucco Repair Technician one of our local clients here in Tucson, AZ The technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining stucco surfaces on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Pay Range
$23-$25 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Inspect stucco surfaces to identify damage and determine repair needs.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and removing loose or damaged stucco.
- Mix and apply stucco to repair cracks, holes, and other imperfections.
- Match existing stucco textures and colors for seamless repairs.
- Apply weatherproof and decorative coatings to exterior surfaces.
- Use trowels, brushes, and spray guns to apply stucco.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to design specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain tools and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair processes and timelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Stucco Repair Technician or similar role.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design sketches.
- Proficiency in using stucco application tools and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
