Job Summary
QLM is currently seeking Pipefitters for a long-term project in Holly Springs, North Carolina. This position will last approximately a year. As a Pipefitter you will be helping with Mechanical system installation at a large industrial plant. This position starts immediately.

Pay Range
$26-$28 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Mechanical System Installation: Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical piping systems.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and diagrams.
- Pipe Preparation: Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required specifications.
- System Assembly: Secure pipes, tubes, fittings, and related equipment.
- Inspection and Testing: Inspect and test installed pipe systems for leaks and weaknesses.
- Maintenance and Repair: Perform scheduled maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain clean work areas.
- Material Management: Estimate material and labor requirements, order materials, and maintain inventory.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an industrial pipefitter.
- Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, pipe cutting, threading, bending, and welding.
- Safety: Strong understanding of safety regulations.
- Physical Ability: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
- Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities.
