Job Summary
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our project management team. The ideal candidate will assist with the planning, documentation, communication, and coordination efforts required to keep construction projects running smoothly from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Assist project managers with project documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure timely communication Maintain and update project schedules, logs, and tracking systems Support procurement of materials and equipment Organize and maintain project files, plans, and contracts Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and status updates Ensure compliance with project management processes and safety standards

Pay Range
$24–$30 per hour
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in construction administration or project coordination
- Understanding of commercial construction practices and terminology
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and a team-first attitude
Preferred:
- Construction Management or related degree a plus
- Experience working with general contractors
- Familiarity with public and private sector project requirements
