The Electrical Foreman will collaborate with project managers, other electricians, and team members to plan and execute tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring compliance with safety standards, company policies, and relevant regulations.

Pay Range
$28-$38 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Create an efficient work environment for technicians through proactive communication and planning.
- Install, maintain, and/or repair electrical wiring, systems, controls, equipment, and fixtures.
- Collaborate with project managers, other electricians, and team members to plan and execute tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and relevant regulations during all stages of work.
- Monitor field technicians to ensure instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer-relations skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust to shifting priorities.
- Demonstrated proper phone and email etiquette, with an emphasis on responsiveness.
- Ability to lead and organize a job and employees.
- Previous electrical experience in the field.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Work Environment:
- This position may require working in various environments, including construction sites, industrial facilities, and commercial buildings.
- The role may involve physical activities such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
