QLM is currently hiring a direct Safety Manager with commercial new construction experience for long term site work in Wesley Chapel, Florida!

Pay Range
$30-$38 per hour
Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Plan, oversee, and deliver commercial construction projects from conception to completion within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Jobsite safety
Qualifications:
- CPR Cert
- First Aid certified
- Bilingual
- OSHA 30 Required
- Must be available to work 7 AM to 330 PM Monday through Friday at minimum.
- Very competitive weekly pay – pay based on experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
