Job Summary
QLM is seeking an experienced Pipe Foreman to join our team on a long-term Water Treatment Plant project in Fort Myers.

Pay Range
$30-$35 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily pipe crew activities
- Interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Ensure proper installation of water, sewer, and storm drainage systems
- Enforce job site safety policies and procedures
- Coordinate with project managers and inspectors
- Track materials, equipment, and manpower usage
- Assist in problem-solving and resolving on-site issues
Requirements:
- Foreman or crew lead experience
- Strong knowledge of water and sewer pipe installation
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
