QLM is currently hiring journeymen Rodbusters with commercial new construction experience for long term site work in Springhill, Florida!

Pay Range
$18-$22 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Lay and align pipe accurately in trenches (PVC, ductile iron, RCP, etc.)
- Grade and level trenches per plans and specifications
- Assist with rigging, setting, and securing pipe
- Cut and fit pipe to required measurements
- Operate compactors and trench equipment safely
- Work closely with equipment operators, foremen, and other crew members
- Ensure worksite safety and cleanliness
Requirements:
- Familiar with trench safety, slopes, and shoring requirements
- Ability to read grade stakes and construction drawings is a plus
- Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods
- Reliable transportation and valid ID
