Job Summary
Experienced and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher responsible for placing, finishing, protecting, and repairing concrete surfaces on construction projects such as roads, sidewalks, driveways, curbs, foundations, and slabs. Ensures high-quality finishes by leveling, smoothing, and texturing concrete using a variety of hand and power tools. Works closely with other crew members to complete jobs efficiently, safely, and according to project specifications.

Pay Range
$23-$28 per hour
Set forms and pour concrete to required depth and pitch.
Spread, level, and smooth concrete using rakes, screeds, and floats.
Apply finishing techniques such as edging, jointing, brooming, or stamping.
Monitor the curing process and apply necessary treatments to prevent cracking.
Repair and patch existing concrete surfaces as needed.
Operate power tools such as trowels, saws, and grinders.
Follow blueprints, specifications, and supervisor instructions to meet project standards.
Maintain tools and equipment and ensure a clean, safe work area.
Proven experience as a concrete finisher or similar role.
Strong knowledge of concrete properties and finishing techniques.
Ability to read and follow construction drawings and measurements.
