Job Summary
Organized and detail-oriented Clerical Administrative Assistant with experience supporting operations in fast-paced mechanical, construction, or service-based environments. Skilled in handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks including data entry, scheduling, document preparation, and customer communication. Proficient in office software, industry-specific systems (e.g., QuickBooks, service dispatch software), and maintaining accurate project and employee records. Works closely with project managers, field technicians, and clients to ensure smooth daily operations. Known for reliability, multitasking abilities, and maintaining a professional office environment.

Pay Range
$20 per hour
Answer phones, respond to emails, and greet visitors.
Prepare work orders, service tickets, and job folders.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians.
Maintain records of equipment, materials, and job progress.
Assist with payroll, billing, and invoicing using office software.
Track inventory and order supplies as needed.
Support HR tasks such as onboarding paperwork and timekeeping.
Ensure all documents are organized and filed properly.
Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients.
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a mechanical, construction, or trade-related company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with industry-specific software (e.g., QuickBooks, ServiceTitan, or similar platforms).
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
