Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Framer to join our construction team. The Metal Framer will be responsible for measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing metal studs and tracks to create the framework for walls, ceilings, and partitions in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. This role requires strong technical knowledge of framing methods, blueprint reading, and safety compliance.

Pay Range
$25-$28 per hour
Measure, mark, and cut metal studs, tracks, and other materials according to project specifications.
Assemble and install metal framing for walls, ceilings, bulkheads, and partitions.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate layout and installation.
Secure frames to floors, ceilings, and walls using hand and power tools.
Install insulation, drywall, or other finishing materials as required.
Maintain proper alignment, spacing, and structural integrity of framing.
Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean, hazard-free worksite.
Collaborate with project managers, carpenters, and other trades to complete assignments efficiently.
Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with codes, specifications, and quality standards.
High school diploma or equivalent; trade school or apprenticeship preferred.
Proven experience as a metal framer, carpenter, or in a related construction trade.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and drawings.
Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Physical stamina to lift, carry, and work in various positions for extended periods.
