Metal Fabricator – Job Description
We are seeking skilled and motivated Metal Fabricators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabricate and assemble metal products according to specifications and drawings. (Ex: Hand Railings and Staircases)
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts (certification preferred).
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Follow company processes, safety protocols, and quality standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including occasional work on job sites.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of metal fabrication experience.
- 2+ years of construction industry experience preferred.
- Proficiency in SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW welding processes (certifications G1–G4 are a plus).
- OSHA 10 certification required; willingness to obtain additional safety credentials (First Aid, CPR, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and able to pass a drug test.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
