Pay Range
$20-30 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Operate mini excavators to complete trenching, grading, and excavation tasks
- Excavate and backfill for underground utilities, foundations, and site work
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
- Follow all site safety standards and OSHA requirements
- Assist with material handling and site prep as needed
- Work closely with site supervisors and crew to complete projects on schedule
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience operating mini excavators (commercial site work preferred)
- Strong knowledge of safe equipment operation and jobsite safety standards
- Ability to read site plans and follow instructions from supervisors
- Experience with trenching, grading, and working around utilities a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- OSHA 10/30 certification
