Job Summary
The Concrete Sweeper is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas on construction sites where concrete is poured, finished, or cured. This position supports concrete crews by removing debris, sweeping dust and residue, washing surfaces, and assisting with general labor tasks to ensure compliance with site safety and cleanliness standards.

Pay Range
$19 per hour
Sweep and clean concrete slabs, sidewalks, curbs, and surrounding work areas.
Remove concrete residue, dust, and debris from tools, forms, and equipment.
Maintain clear walkways and work zones to prevent trip hazards and maintain OSHA-compliant safety conditions.
Assist with setup and teardown of work zones including barricades, cones, and signage.
Operate sweeping machines, power washers, or vacuums as needed.
Support concrete crews by delivering tools, handling materials, and assisting with site cleanup after pours.
Properly dispose of concrete waste and debris according to environmental regulations.
Perform basic maintenance on sweeping or washing equipment.
Follow all company safety policies, including PPE requirements and hazard communication procedures.
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of concrete work or finishing (a plus)
