Job Summary
Performs duties under moderate supervision. Performs multiple routine or semi-complex tasks with limited exercise of judgment. Assists more advanced employees in the performance of high-level work for development and training. Work is closely monitored and reviewed for accuracy. Responsible for ensuring that all materials of buildings are painted. This includes some prepping and sanding

Pay Range
$15-$28.60 per hour
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Sands and preps materials that require painting.
2. Repairs any damages to materials prior to painting.
3. Mixes paints and primers as per specifications.
4. Performs spray paint (primarily), roller application, and brush application.
5. Maintains and repair equipment and spray paint booth.
6. Performs foam application.
1. Performs other duties as required by job order or assigned by the supervisor.
2. Basic cleaning duties.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
1. High school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Must demonstrate basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
3. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions.
4. Must demonstrate the ability to use an airless spray gun.
5. Must demonstrate the ability to brush and roll paints.
6. Must demonstrate the ability to identify spray guns.
7. Must be able to properly clean and maintain spray guns.
8. Must have working knowledge of Electrostatic spray painting with Urethane paint.
9. Ability to communicate effectively.
10. Good judgment and attention to detail.
11. Ability to read and comprehend paint finish schedules and assimilate information.
12. Must be able to convert and mix liquid measurements (i.e. gallons to quarts, to ounces, etc.)
13. Ability to maintain satisfactory working relationships and interact effectively with all levels of employees.
14. Ability to maintain confidentiality of trade secrets.
