Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fire Alarm Salesperson to develop new business and maintain strong relationships with existing end-users. This role involves direct sales of fire alarm systems and services, including monitoring contracts, and requires coordination with internal departments to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Pay Range
$65k to 100k per yr
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with end-users through direct visits, calls, and ongoing communication.
- Drive sales initiatives by promoting fire alarm services and monitoring contracts.
- Identify and pursue new fire alarm sales opportunities with end-users.
- Present proposals and solutions to customers for approval.
- Track proposal status using CRM software.
- Coordinate with Service Administration to schedule approved work.
- Obtain quotes from suppliers for fire alarm parts and materials.
- Assist end-users with capital budgeting and technology upgrade planning.
- Collaborate with operations and service teams to manage delivery and installation timelines.
- Work with accounting to ensure timely billing and payment.
- Partner with service teams to identify and act on new sales opportunities from ongoing work.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in cold calling, customer service, inside/outside sales, and account management.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Must hold or be able to obtain a current Fire License in the state of North Carolina.
