Job Summary
Position: Project Manager Pay Range: $75,000 – $95,000 per year Seeking highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee projects across Texas, Georgia, Washington D.C., Virginia, and Florida. This full time position requires occasional travel to job sites. Pay Range

- Architectural specialties in commercial construction –5yrs (required)
- Metalwork –5yrs (required)
- Project management –5yrs (required)
- Hands-on shop experience –5yrs (required)
- Reading and interpreting drawings –5yrs (required)
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in custom fabrication, steelwork, architectural specialties, or commercial construction
- Proven ability to manage projects $300k-$2M+
- Strong Knowledge of fabrication, installation, methods, and materials
- Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools; quick to learn new software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and effective in remote environments
- Valid Driver’s License and willing to travel as needed.
