Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Electrical Project Manager to join our team on a major industrial project. This role is ideal for a seasoned electrical professional who has spent significant time in the field and is ready to transition into project management. The position will be based on-site in the project office/trailer and will involve planning, manpower coordination, cost tracking, and overall project support.

Pay Range
$100-110k per year
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in overseeing electrical scope for large-scale industrial projects.
- Coordinate manpower, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and progress reports.
- Support procurement and material tracking for electrical systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with field teams, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain documentation, including RFIs, change orders, and progress reports.
Requirements
- Electrical Trade Experience: Minimum 5–10 years as a Foreman, Superintendent, or similar leadership role in the electrical field.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation practices, and industrial construction processes.
- Prior exposure to project management tasks (planning, scheduling, cost control) preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, project management software).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Per Diem: Paid biweekly.
- Full Benefits Package: Includes health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
- Additional Reimbursements: Housing, per diem, and gas reimbursements provided when moving between job sites.
