Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team for a long-term position in the Ardmore area. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and building conveyor systems, installing machinery, and be exceptional with a tape measure and reading blueprints. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range
$26 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Install, dismantle, and relocate industrial machinery and equipment.
- Perform rigging and alignment of heavy equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems.
- Assist in shutdowns and turnarounds in industrial environments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of mechanical experience in machinery installation/removal.
- 5–10 years of experience as a millwright or in rigging.
- Proven experience in industrial construction or shutdown projects.
- Welding and fabrication experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification.
- Forklift or aerial lift certification.
- Experience with precision alignment tools and techniques.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Millwright or similar role.
- Exceptional skills in using a tape measure and reading blueprints.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in work.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
- Certification or technical training in millwright work is preferred
- OSHA 10 or 30 Construction Safety
- Fall Protection certification (site dependent)
