Job Summary
This opportunity will consist of data entry, fielding phone calls, some sales activities, and other general office support work.

Pay Range
$18 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry to maintain up-to-date records and databases
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, providing excellent customer service and assistance
- Support sales activities, including preparing materials, assisting with follow-ups, and communicating with potential clients
- Provide general office support such as filing, scanning, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Assist team members with administrative tasks as needed
- Ensure a professional and welcoming office environment
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively
- Basic proficiency with computers and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Previous administrative or sales support experience is a plus
