Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Field Superintendent to oversee electrical construction projects in the Orlando, FL area. This is a full-time, salaried leadership role responsible for managing field crews, equipment coordination, and ensuring safe, high-quality project execution.

Pay Range
$115k-$130k per year
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise field labor and subcontractors, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials for multiple job sites.
- Maintain project schedules and documentation, including daily logs and safety reports.
- Conduct inspections for compliance with NEC and local codes.
- Lead safety initiatives, including weekly toolbox talks.
- Mentor and evaluate field personnel for performance and advancement.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in electrical construction, with 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience managing projects up to $10M in heavy civil or airfield environments.
- OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications required.
- Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).
- Ability to read complex plans and work in fast-paced environments.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug screening.
Additional Requirements
- Physically able to work on active job sites and travel as needed.
- Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends.
