Pay Range
$40-46.00 per hour
Manage daily field operations on multiple sites
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections and scheduling milestones
Lead daily safety meeting
Enforce safety standards and protocol
Monitor quality control and compliance to drawings/specifications
Prepare and maintain daily reports and schedules
Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and Owners
Manage site logistics, manpower planning and workflow sequencing
Lead punch list to completion and project closeout
3-7 years commercial construction Superintendent experience for mid size projects
Knowledge of commercial building systems ( structual, MEP and finishes)
OSHA 30 Certification
Blueprint reading and scheduling capability
Experience with construction management platforms
Leadership and conflict resolution skills
