Job Summary
Seeking a technically strong, customer‑facing Project Manager/Estimator to develop, price, and manage medium‑voltage (MV) service and construction work. This role owns client relationships, estimates the work, and leads projects from scope walk through closeout.

Pay Range
$140k-$160k per year
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain customer relationships; perform site walks and develop scopes.
- Estimate MV work including underground distribution, duct banks, heavy copper cabling, switchgear, and terminations.
- Manage projects from kickoff to closeout: scheduling, materials, subcontractors, changes, and documentation.
- Track job costs, manage margins, and ensure timely billing and financial accuracy.
- Provide strong field presence—support crews, resolve issues, and maintain quality and safety standards.
- Use project‑management and estimating software to maintain accurate documentation.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience with medium‑voltage electrical systems (5–35kV).
- Ability to estimate and manage a portfolio of service/small project work.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and customer‑facing professionalism.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
Preferred
- Experience in MV testing, commissioning, industrial, or data‑center environments.
- Familiarity with commercial estimating tools and project‑management platforms.
Success Indicators

- Ability to manage $1.5M–$2.5M in annual project volume.
