Quality Labor Management is seeking experienced Framing Carpenters to join our team. As a Framing Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling the structural framework of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This includes building walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components using wood or metal materials. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring the strength, stability, and overall integrity of each project.

Pay Range
$28 – $33 per hour
Qualifications of a Framing Carpenter:
- Proven experience as a framing carpenter or in structural carpentry.
- Strong knowledge of framing techniques, materials, and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout plans.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in framing.
- Solid understanding of structural layout, measurements, and building codes.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Responsibilities of a Framing Carpenter:
- Measure, cut, and assemble wood and metal framing materials.
- Construct structural frameworks including walls, floors, roofs, and door/window openings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout specifications to determine dimensions and placement.
- Install joists, studs, rafters, beams, and trusses.
- Utilize hand and power tools to complete framing tasks efficiently.
- Ensure all framing is level, square, and built to code and structural standards.
- Collaborate with other trades to ensure proper sequencing and project flow.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.
