Pay Range
$110-$115k per year
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in project hand-off with pre-construction team
- Prepare and track project deliverables, including submittals, shop drawings, procurement schedules, and project close-out documents
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Establish and manage project budgets to ensure consistent, successful financial outcomes
- Effectively manage construction activities including coordination, layout, manpower allocation, and conflict resolution
- Perform detailed itemized take-offs
- Create, manage, and negotiate project scope change proposals
- Create, manage, and track RFIs
- Ensure compliance and adherence to all company policies, including safety and productivity guidelines
- Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, employees, and internal teams to ensure all project goals are met
Location & Travel
- Based in Alpharetta, Georgia office, Monday–Friday when not on-site
- Up to 50% travel to project sites throughout the US
Requirements
- 2+ years managing projects in the electrical construction industry
- Extensive experience with materials and equipment used in commercial electrical projects
- Previous field experience in the electrical construction trade
- Ability to travel to project sites at various locations nationwide
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management software
- Strong track record collaborating with customers, vendors, and partners to resolve project issues
- Valid driver’s license; must pass criminal background check
Preferred
- Previous Journeyman or Masters License
- Experience managing remodels or retrofits for big-box retail clients
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary + bonus: $110,000–$150,000 total annual compensation
