Pay Range
$25-$29 per hour
- Experience in architectural metals, signage, millwork, glass, stone, countertops, or custom fabrication environments.
- Forklift, aerial lift, or OSHA certifications.
- Welding, machining, or advanced fabrication experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Standing, bending, lifting, and climbing throughout the workday.
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions when required.
- Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise fabrication and installation crews on job sites and in the shop.
- Interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work orders.
- Fabricate, assemble, and install custom products according to project requirements.
- Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment needs.
- Conduct site measurements and verify installation readiness.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members on fabrication techniques and installation procedures.
- Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance requirements.
- Troubleshoot field issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, material usage records, and progress reports.
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Perform final inspections and ensure project completion on schedule.
Qualifications
- supervisory or team leadership experience.
- fabrication and installation experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency with fabrication tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various indoor and outdoor environments.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
