Job Summary
Seeking a Senior Electrical Estimator to lead complex estimating efforts for commercial, industrial, and design-build projects. This role oversees estimating activities, mentors team members, and partners with leadership to drive strategic, profitable bidding decisions.

Pay Range
$110k-140k per year
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate, competitive estimates for complex projects
- Review RFQs/RFPs and assess scope, risk, and feasibility
- Lead estimating schedules, workflows, and bid strategy
- Review and validate team takeoffs and proposals
- Prepare bid documents, scope letters, and cost breakdowns
- Identify gaps, risks, and constructability issues
- Interface with clients and support negotiations
- Lead internal estimate reviews and project handoffs
- Track bid results and maintain cost data
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years in electrical estimating/construction
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards
- Experience leading/mentoring estimators
- Proficiency with Accubid, LiveCount, and estimating tools
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
Preferred
- Supervisory or management experience
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

Compensation
- $112-$140k Per Year
- Annual Bonus
- 10 days of PTO , 3 Sick Days, 9 Holidays , 4 weeks of PTO at 4 years.
