Quality Control Manager

This candidate is a mechanical engineer and AWS Certified Welding Inspector with 35 years in industrial construction and 25+ years in QA/QC across refinery, petrochemical, LNG, offshore, and nuclear projects. He holds API 510, 570, 653, and 936 inspector certifications and ASNT Level II in VT, PT, and MT. Most recently he served as Senior QA/QC Manager and Inspector for a major petrochemical operator on an international ethylene cracker project, covering mechanical equipment, process and utility piping, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, pumps, compressors, valves, and HVAC systems from fabrication through commissioning. He has implemented project QMS programs, quality plans, objectives, KPIs, and Inspection and Test Plans; conducts site and vendor audits; manages NCR/CAPA and root-cause analysis; and has nuclear quality experience under NQA-1 and 10 CFR 50 Appendix B.
