Pay Range
$24-$25 per hour
Seeking talented team player for commercial construction company located in Eustis, Florida. Candidates must speak English, be proficient in QuickBooks and Excel. Position is on site Monday-Friday 8am-5pm; no remote capability or schedule. Day-to-day responsibilities including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, prepare and enter invoices, monitor and follow up on outstanding balances, and communicate with vendors, clients and internal staff.
Must Speak English
4+ years Experience in related field
Proficient in QuickBooks software
Good organization and time-management skills
Handle confidential information appropriately
