Job Summary
QLM is currently seeking an Assistant Construction Superintendent to support a long term project in Fort Myers!

Pay Range
$35-$40 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Superintendent with day-to-day project supervision
- Coordinate with subcontractors, foremen, and inspectors to maintain project flow
- Monitor field productivity, safety, and quality
- Assist with scheduling, material deliveries, and work sequencing
- Ensure work complies with project plans, specs, and safety regulations
- Help resolve on-site issues and keep progress on track
Requirements:
- Field experience in heavy civil or utility construction
- Previous experience working on water/wastewater treatment plants preferred
- Strong understanding of site work, piping systems, concrete, and mechanical installations
- Ability to read blueprints and construction schedules
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
