Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Job Site Bathroom Attendant to join our team. This candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining job site bathrooms, recycling grey water, and restocking supplies to ensure a clean and hygienic environment for all workers. This is a full-time position, located in Maiden, NC.

Pay Range
$18 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning: Perform regular cleaning and sanitizing of job site bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, and mirrors.
- Maintenance: Ensure all bathroom fixtures are in good working condition and report any issues or repairs needed.
- Grey Water Recycling: Manage and recycle grey water according to company guidelines and environmental regulations.
- Restocking: Restock bathroom supplies such as toilet paper, soap, hand towels, and other necessary items.
- Waste Management: Empty trash bins and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
- Inspection: Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and functionality of bathroom facilities.
- Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to job site workers and address any concerns or requests promptly.
Requirements:
- Experience: Previous experience in janitorial or maintenance work is preferred.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and good organizational skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
- Environmental Awareness: Knowledge of grey water recycling practices and environmental regulations is a plus.
