We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality, safety, and career development. Quality Labor Management is currently seeking motivated and detail-oriented BIM/Revit Operators to join our team. As a BIM/Revit Operator, you will work alongside project managers, engineers, and field teams to develop and maintain accurate 3D models and construction documents. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building information modeling while supporting coordination, design, and project execution across a variety of commercial and industrial projects.

Pay Range
$30 – $40 per hour
Qualifications of a BIM/Revit Operator:
• Proficiency in Revit and BIM-related software (AutoCAD experience is a plus).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM modeling or drafting (electrical experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, blueprints, and technical schematics.
• Familiarity with electrical systems, layouts, and design standards.
• Experience with clash detection and coordination tools (e.g., Navisworks is a plus).
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Associate’s degree, certification, or relevant training in BIM, drafting, or a related field (preferred).

• Assist in the development and coordination of 3D BIM models for electrical systems using Revit.
• Create, update, and maintain detailed models including lighting, power distribution, and electrical layouts.
• Learn to interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical plans to accurately reflect design intent in models.
• Support clash detection and coordination with other trades (mechanical, plumbing, structural) to resolve design conflicts.
• Follow company standards and BIM protocols to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
• Utilize Revit and other BIM-related software to produce drawings, layouts, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with project timelines, specifications, and client requirements.
• Assist in revising models based on redlines, markups, and feedback from engineers and project managers.
