Job Summary: The Branch Manager for Quality Labor Management, LLC, is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of the branch office. This role is responsible for managing the recruitment, placement, and administration of temporary and permanent employees to meet the staffing needs of client organizations.

Job Duties:
· Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of recruiters and administrative staff, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and high performance. Set goals and performance targets for the branch and monitor progress to ensure objectives are met.
· Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, building relationships with clients, and attending industry events. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for attracting and retaining clients. Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to identify potential areas for growth.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with client organizations, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Conduct regular client meetings to discuss service quality, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and provide strategic staffing solutions.
· Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates. Ensure compliance with legal and industry-specific regulations regarding employment practices, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines. Coordinate with recruiters to match candidates’ skills and qualifications with client requirements and facilitate successful placements.
· Operations and Administration: Manage day-to-day operations of the branch office, including budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation. Implement and maintain effective administrative processes and systems to support efficient operations. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as fill rates, client satisfaction, and revenue, and take appropriate actions to achieve targets.
· Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and agency policies. Mitigate risks by implementing proper documentation, record-keeping, and confidentiality protocols. Stay informed about changes in labor laws and regulations that may impact the agency’s operations.
· Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on branch performance, including revenue, expenses, and key metrics. Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for business growth. Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in staffing or recruitment, with a strong understanding of the industry.
· Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing a team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong business acumen and ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
· Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems
