Pay Range
$110-130k per year
THE ROLE
The Project Manager owns the full lifecycle of bridge and heavy civil projects — from contract execution through closeout. You’ll manage owner relationships, control schedules and budgets, and lead a coordinated field team on projects ranging from $1.5M to $3M in contract value. This is a hands-on role that demands technical fluency, strong communication, and the ability to drive results independently.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage project schedules, contract values, and owner relationships from kickoff through closeout
- Read and interpret construction plans with accuracy; manage self-perform concrete and bridge crews
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality
- Oversee safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all phases
- Utilize B2W, Excel (formatting and insert functions), and Access for project controls
- Source materials, obtain quotes, and resolve field issues with minimal escalation
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior SCDOT (South Carolina DOT) experience required for Senior PM and PM levels
- Bridge project exposure required; bridge-focused background strongly preferred
- Experience managing contracts in the $1.5M–$3M range
- Ability to read plans, manage self-perform crews, and handle owner-facing responsibilities
- Rigging and safety background required
- Proficiency in B2W, Excel, and Access
- Strong communication and independent problem-solving skills
COMPENSATION Senior PM: $120,000 – $130,000 PM: $110,000 – $115,000 Company vehicle with take-home privileges and fuel card Bonus program, ESOP, and profit sharing Medical, dental, vision | 401(k) and Roth
