We are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join a growing electrical contractor that is actively expanding its presence across Florida. This is a unique opportunity to play a foundational role in building market share, helping establish the company’s footprint in key infrastructure and electrical construction sectors. You will focus on developing relationships early in the project lifecycle, positioning the company before projects formally hit the bid stage, and creating a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities.

Pay Range
$130k-$150k per year
Key focus:
- Build and manage pipeline of infrastructure/electrical projects
- Develop upstream relationships (DOT, municipalities, aviation, GCs, engineers)
- Drive early-stage project engagement and market visibility
- Partner with estimating/ops to convert opportunities into wins
Background:
- 5–7+ years in BD/sales in construction, infrastructure, or engineering
- Experience with public sector work / RFQs / RFPs preferred
- Strong relationship builder who thrives in a build-mode environment
