About the Role:
QLM Recruiting is partnering with a prominent local restoration company in Greenville, SC to find an energetic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing team. This remote, full-time position is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter who is passionate about driving business growth and building strong client relationships. The BDR will be responsible for generating new leads, identifying business opportunities, and expanding the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities in the restoration industry
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support promotional campaigns and outreach efforts
- Manage the sales pipeline, from initial contact through to deal closure
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitors to identify potential growth areas
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and other industry-related activities to promote the company’s services
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, opportunities, and progress toward goals
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the restoration or construction industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote work environment
- Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable with technology and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Ability to build rapport with clients and work cross-functionally with teams
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for occasional in-person meetings
