Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join a local company and create high-quality cabinetry for their clients for a Full-Time Temp-Perm Position. The Cabinetmaker will be responsible for designing, crafting, and installing custom cabinets, ensuring they meet client specifications and quality standards. The location for the work will be in Tucson, Arizona.

Pay Range
$30-$32 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to determine their cabinetry needs and preferences.
- Design custom cabinets to fit the client’s specifications.
- Select and purchase materials such as wood, laminate, and hardware.
- Craft cabinets using hand tools and power tools.
- Assemble components to form the cabinet structure.
- Apply finishes such as paint or varnish to completed cabinets.
- Install finished products at client locations.
- Perform repair and maintenance work on existing cabinets.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and adheres to design specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain tools and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Cabinetmaker or Carpenter.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design sketches.
- Proficiency in using woodworking machinery and hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials.
- Standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
