Pay Range
$16-$18 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Manage traffic flow at construction sites and during lane closures.
- Place and remove signs, cones, and barriers to direct traffic.
- Communicate with construction personnel and drivers about traffic patterns and detours.
- Observe and report any hazardous conditions or incidents on the work site.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to traffic control.
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Flagger from a recognized program (e.g., American Traffic Safety Services Association – ATSSA).
- Experience working with highway and road construction projects.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Physical fitness and flexibility to work in various weather conditions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Skills:

- Ability to handle high-stress situations and react quickly to emergencies.
