Job Summary
We are looking for skilled commercial plumbers with experience in hospital, schools and multi-family unit construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial plumbing requirements, excellent installation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other construction professionals.

Pay Range
$25-$35 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to ensure accurate installation of plumbing systems.
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of pipes, fixtures, and plumbing systems, including sinks, toilets, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, health regulations, and safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment efficiently, demonstrating physical stamina and dexterity.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a commercial plumber.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
- Knowledge of plumbing systems, installation techniques, and repair methods.
- Familiarity with local building codes, health regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle the demands of plumbing work.
Certifications:
- Relevant plumbing certifications.
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
