Job Summary
Skilled and safety-focused Curb and Gutter Machine Operator responsible for operating specialized equipment to place concrete curbs, gutters, and sidewalks according to project specifications. Ensures proper alignment, grade, and finish by setting up and adjusting the machine, monitoring the pour, and making real-time corrections as needed. Works closely with the concrete crew, surveyors, and supervisors to deliver precise and high-quality results in a safe and efficient manner.

Pay Range
$25-$30 per hour
Operate curb and gutter machines to pour concrete in specified shapes and dimensions.
Set up string lines or GPS systems to ensure proper grade and alignment.
Monitor machine functions and concrete flow to maintain consistency and quality.
Make necessary adjustments to mold height, slope, and feed rate during operation.
Coordinate with crew members for material supply, site prep, and finishing work.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
Follow safety procedures and ensure safe working conditions around equipment.
Experience operating curb and gutter machines (e.g., Gomaco, Power Curber, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of concrete behavior and forming techniques.
Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and grade stakes.
Familiarity with GPS or stringline guidance systems.
Attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and commitment to safety
