Job Summary
The Electrical Assistant Project Manager assist with managing electrical projects from conception to completion. This position is responsible for assisting the project manager by ensuring all aspects of the electrical project are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise and excellent communication skills to work with clients, contractors and internal team.

Pay Range
$60-65,000 per year
Project Planning & Coordination – Assist estimator and project coordinator at start of project including project plans scope, timelines, budgets and resources.
Team Management & Leadership – Assist with leading, motivating and supervising electrical superintendents, electricians and subcontractors.
Budget & Cost Management – Assist with preparation of budgets, track expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Client Communication – Assist project manager by helping communication between clients, vendors and internal team.
Quality & Compliance – Assist with the compliance of all relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
Risk Management – Assist with identifying potential risk and develop strategies to address delays, safety concerns or budget overruns.
- 3+ years of experience in the electrical superintendent role, with a strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes and industry standards.
- Proven track record of successful management of electrical projects from planning through completion.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or Red Teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- PMP certification or equivalent
