Job Summary
The Electrical Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of electricians and apprentices on commercial and/or industrial job sites. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all applicable codes and company standards. The Electrical Foreman serves as the on-site leader, overseeing daily operations, managing manpower and materials, and maintaining clear communication with project managers, contractors, and clients.

$30-$32 per hour
Position Description
The Electrical Foreman will oversee all aspects of electrical installations on assigned projects. Responsibilities include planning daily work activities, assigning tasks to crew members, ensuring quality workmanship, and enforcing safety regulations. The Foreman will coordinate with project management to maintain project timelines, track progress, and resolve issues efficiently.
This position requires hands-on leadership, including installation of conduit systems, wiring, panels, lighting, power distribution systems, and troubleshooting electrical components as needed. The Electrical Foreman is responsible for maintaining productivity, ensuring compliance with NEC and company standards, and fostering a safe and professional work environment.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
